Kryst Kruer

Maria Keck

3:30-6:30pm

I’m a solo artist, so it’s a simple origin story. My background is in music education and classical flute, but a couple years ago, I decided I wanted to find a way to turn the flute into an accompaniment instrument so I could be a singer songwriter. That’s when I discovered live looping. I used my knowledge of orchestration and arranging and started building layers that I could sing on top of. Now here I am! Best experiment I’ve ever tried!

Elizabeth Walters

7:30-11:00pm

I’m a solo, singer-songwriter. I’ve been performing since 2010.

Beer Garden at First Financial Plaza

Eric Bolander Band

11:00am-2:30pm

We have all been in multiple groups over the years but we all met at different times in Lexington, KY and formed the current lineup based around my songs. Ben Caldwell (drums/backing vocals) and I had been in a metal band some time ago and regrouped around 2015 and played some duo shows together. Then I met Seth Murphy (cello/bass) through a songwriter friend of mine and asked him to jam with me which worked out and he came onboard adding a wonderful classical perspective to my songs. John Ferguson (keys/bass/backing vocals) was my neighbor for several years. We quickly became friends and he recorded my first solo ep at his home studio. He has been on almost every album I’ve ever put out in several bands whether on keys or backing vocals. So, it was only natural that he came along and became a member of the band. I’m really happy with how much these guys elevate the songs I write, both in the studio and on the live stage!

Danny Frazier Band

3:30-6:30pm

I put my band together in 1991 to play as the house band at the River Saloon on Covington Landing. I’m a solo, singer-songwriter. I’ve been performing since 2010.

3:00-5:30pm

A one-of-a-kind party band that has been performing together for over a decade, The SunBurners entertain audience members with a spirit that only comes from being top-notch musicians on-stage and good friends off-stage. Their musical stylings are anchored by steel drums, classic singalongs, a tight rhythm section, and arrangements of hit songs with island grooves and a party-time spirit. The band’s party vibes are fueled by the fact that all of the band members are good friends, most of whom came together while studying music in the percussion department at Northern Kentucky University between 2005-2009. Each member performs with various other bands and acts in the Cincinnati region, but all of them consider the SunBurners their “home base.” The band members consider themselves lucky to get paid making music with their best buddies every day.

We had 3 rehearsals, started booking jobs and have been playing fun gigs ever since. Over the past year we have curated a great set list and add new songs every gig. Jay and I have been musicians in Cincinnati for many years and have played with so many other talented musicians, so it has made it easy for us to musically sync with one another.
