For a quarter of a century, The Downtown Council of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber has played an instrumental role in maintaining and enhancing the downtown area as a fun, attractive, vibrant hub for the entire Greater Cincinnati region.

Recognized as a premier special events team in the Midwest, The Downtown Council stages over 50 events annually, and brings more than 1.1 million people to downtown Cincinnati. Signature events such as Oktoberfest-Zinzinnati USA and Taste of Cincinnati USA have attracted attention from all over the country. Other events such as free concerts and various after-work social gatherings bring professionals and families to the Central Business District.

Each year, The Downtown Council works with volunteers, restaurants, supporting agencies and others to stage events that achieve the best possible impact on downtown. By working cooperatively to maintain an active downtown, The Downtown Council provides a social and economic base that the entire region can enjoy.
